Course Description: This course presents an approach to creating a culture of safety based on collected data. Topics include the role of data in building a culture of safety; using data as an asset; digitization of data; paper vs. digital data collection; the purpose of safety inspections; and an 8-step process for developing a data-driven approach to safety culture.
