EHS professionals have been emphasizing leadership and engagement for a long time. This course explores the reasons that leadership and engagement remain a vital focus in safety today. Topics include the five parts of the safety cycle, the safety pyramid, challenges in improving the flow of safety information, and the use of technology to support engagement.
